We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer – Technical Lead with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to architect scalable solutions, manage development teams, and drive project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full stack development across frontend and backend

• Architect secure, high-performance, scalable web apps

• Ensure seamless UI/UX integration with backend services

• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members (3–8 devs)

• Manage sprints, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration

Tech Skills Required:

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, Etc

• Backend: Node.js, Laravel, Django, Spring Boot, or similar, Etc

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Etc

• APIs: REST, GraphQL, Etc

• Version Control: Git, GitFlow, Etc

• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Etc

• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, Etc

• Architecture: Scalable systems, microservices, message queues

• Security & Performance: Best practices in tuning and secure development

Bonus: More skills are welcome! The broader your tech stack, the better.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, IT, or related field

• 4+ years of hands-on development experience

• 2+ years in a technical/team leadership role

• Strong communication, decision-making, and mentoring abilities

• Startup/product experience is a plus

Nice-to-Have (Bonus):

• Knowledge of serverless architecture, headless CMS

• Experience with AI integrations

• Exposure to mobile dev: React Native or Flutter
