Job Description – Figma Developer (UI/UX Designer)

About the Role

We are looking for a Figma Developer with strong design skills who can create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive designs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Figma and a good understanding of UI/UX principles, while also being able to work in an agile team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences.

• Translate business and technical requirements into clean, modern UI designs.

• Create and maintain a design system, components, and style guidelines.

• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to refine designs.

• Work in an agile/scrum environment, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, responsive design).

• Experience in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio showcasing projects.

• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and interaction design.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product managers.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• (Preferred) Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) for smoother collaboration with developers.

Nice to Have

• Motion design/animation skills (Lottie, After Effects).

• Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Canva.
