About the Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX design Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in user-centric design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviours.

2.       Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

3.       Visual Design: Design user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

4.       Usability Testing: Assist in planning and conducting usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

5.       Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs and ensure a seamless user experience.

6.       Feedback Integration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members to enhance usability and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

 1.       Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

2.       Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

3.       Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles, color theory, and best practices.

4.       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5.       A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects or coursework.

Preferred Skills:

 1.       Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

2.       Experience with motion design or animation tools.

3.       Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
