Roles & Responsibilities:
· conceptualize and create visual designs for digital marketing campaigns, websites, branding, and social media.
· Oversee design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
· Stay updated with design, advertising, and digital marketing trends.
Work closely with our marketing, brand, and content teams to deliver designs that are consistent, on-brand, and impactful.
From logos and illustrations to social media posts, campaigns, and print collaterals, your designs will live everywhere.
Help shape and evolve the visual language of our brand(s) with fresh, creative concepts.
Keep track of design trends, emerging tools, and digital innovations to bring a modern edge to your work.
Ensure designs are pixel-perfect, aligned to brand guidelines, and optimized for their intended platforms.
· Mentor and guide junior designers/visualizers in the team.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
· Solid understanding of digital marketing creatives – social media posts, ads, banners, web graphics, emailers, etc.
· Knowledge of motion graphics, GIFs, and video editing is a plus.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· Excellent eye for detail, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
· Strong visualization, ideation, and conceptual skills.
· Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
