What You'll Do:
1. Collaborate with creative teams and clients to design standout visual content across print and digital.
2. Lead creative direction for selected projects, ensuring bold and original design solutions.
3. Bring new concepts to life through graphics, layouts, and motion graphics.
4. Participate in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas that challenge norms.
5. Balance multiple projects and deadlines in our fast-paced studio environment.
6. Mentor junior designers and work closely with writers, developers, and marketers.
What You Need:
1. 1-3 years' hands-on experience in design studios or agencies.
2. Proven track record as creative lead on select projects.
3. Strong portfolio featuring innovative, boundary-pushing designs.
4. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects or similar motion graphics tools a plus.
5. Excellent visual, conceptual, and communication skills.
6. Team player with creative energy and attention to detail.
