The Role: B2B Graphic Designer
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a B2B environment. This role is perfect for a designer who understands how to translate complex business concepts and technology solutions into clear, compelling, and visually engaging collateral for corporate audiences.
Based in our Ghatkopar office in Mumbai, you will be responsible for maintaining our brand identity across all digital and print materials, directly contributing to our marketing and sales success.
Key Responsibilities
Design B2B Marketing Collateral: Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, e-books, infographics, email templates, and high-impact sales presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
Brand Guardianship: Ensure all visual communications adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in typography, color palette, and visual tone across all channels.
Digital Asset Creation: Develop dynamic and static visuals for digital channels, including social media campaigns (LinkedIn focus), website banners, and display advertisements, optimized for lead generation.
Collaborative Design: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that meet strategic business goals.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and preparing files for both digital distribution and professional printing.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing or corporate environments.
Portfolio (Mandatory): A comprehensive and polished client portfolio demonstrating experience in designing professional B2B assets (e.g., corporate brochures, complex infographics, formal presentations).
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint/Google Slides) is essential.
Design Fundamentals: Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and typography.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions and receive feedback effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
