We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to design and compile product catalogs using product images, details, and PDFs received from our suppliers and manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to organize content in a clean, appealing, and professional layout suitable for international buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design product catalogs (digital and print versions) using supplier-provided images and PDFs.
Edit and enhance product photos for consistency, brightness, and clarity.
Arrange product information (codes, descriptions, materials, dimensions, prices, etc.) in an organized and visually appealing format.
Ensure brand consistency across all catalog pages (fonts, colors, logo placement, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to finalize catalog content and layout.
Prepare final print-ready and digital files in PDF or flipbook formats for sharing with buyers.
Maintain a library of catalog files and regularly update it with new collections or products.
Optimize catalogs for online viewing and email sharing.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (or equivalent tools like Canva Pro / CorelDRAW).
Strong sense of layout design, typography, and color balance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Prior experience in product catalog design, fashion, or accessories industry is an advantage.
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in catalog or marketing material design.
Basic understanding of B2B marketing and export-oriented product presentation.
