Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop, with hands-on experience designing print-ready artwork. This role involves collaborating directly with retail clients to conceptualize and create customized, high-quality printable products such as business cards, brochures, invitations, signage, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in or online clients to understand design needs and translate them into effective print designs.

• Create, edit, and finalize designs using CorelDRAW and Photoshop.

• Ensure all designs are print-ready, meeting quality, color, and format specifications.

• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure final output matches design specifications.

• Maintain a strong understanding of print materials, sizes, formats, and limitations.

• Stay updated with current design trends and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory).

• Strong visual design sense with attention to typography, color, and layout.

• Experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a retail or print environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
