The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate the company’s brand identity and product value in the FMCG market. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of consumer-focused design to support packaging, promotional campaigns, digital platforms, and brand communication.
Design & Creativity: Develop and execute design concepts for packaging, labels, brochures, promotional material, and in-store branding.
Digital Media: Create digital content for social media, websites, and online campaigns ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain consistent brand identity across print and digital platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
Market Trends: Research and stay updated on design trends, competitor visuals, and consumer preferences in FMCG sector.
Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously with strict deadlines and quality standards.
Print & Production Coordination: Liaise with printers, vendors, and agencies to ensure final outputs meet desired quality.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CorelDRAW and other design software.
Creativity with excellent sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
Understanding of FMCG branding, packaging, and consumer-oriented designs.
Ability to handle tight deadlines, multitask, and deliver high-quality designs.
