Job Overview Lit Growth Agency is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a creative eye, strong design skills and a passion for branding and marketing, this role is for you! You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create compelling visual content that enhances our clients' brand identities. As a key part of our design team, you will be responsible for producing engaging graphics for digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Branding:

● Develop eye-catching designs for social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, presentations, and other marketing materials.

● Maintain and enhance brand identity across various client projects. Content Creation & Visual Storytelling:

● Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other digital assets for campaigns.

● Work closely with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute compelling visual storytelling.

Campaign Execution & Collaboration:

● Assist in designing assets for ad campaigns and promotional content.

● Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring creative ideas to life.

Software & Trend Awareness:

● Stay updated with design trends, new tools, and creative approaches in the industry.

● Optimize designs for digital and print production.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have:

● 1-2 years of graphic design experience in an agency setting (preferred).

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw is a plus). ● Strong understanding of typography, layout and branding principles.

● Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

● Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have:

● Experience in motion graphics, UI/UX design, or 3D modeling is a plus.

● Basic knowledge of Canva, Figma, or video editing tools.
