Position Overview: Visual Content Designer & Video Editor

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Visual Content Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design. You will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality visual content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Canva.

This is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) position. The company will not provide a system or PC. However, all required licensed software will be provided for installation and use on your personal device. Candidates must be ready to demonstrate their creative capabilities during the interview using their own system or a live online portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Edit professional-quality videos for promotional, training, and social media use using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software

Design marketing graphics, banners, thumbnails, and digital creatives using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Canva

Create and manage both static and video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align on creative briefs and timelines

Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all media

Utilize any additional creative tools (e.g., After Effects, sound editing, animation) when needed

Who Can Apply

Minimum Education: Diploma or Graduation in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience in video editing and graphic design

Must have a personal editing-capable laptop/system (mandatory)

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Photoshop

Comfortable using Canva and up-to-date with digital and social media design trends

Additional creative software knowledge (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator, Lightroom) is a plus

Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English preferred

Must be based in Lucknow or ready to relocate for an in-office position

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience and portfolio)

Monthly Performance Bonus: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000
