What You'll Do
• Lead the end‑to‑end creation and editing of still images for our vast stock‑photography library.
• Collaborate with photographers, content strategists, and marketing teams to conceptualize fresh visual concepts
• Retouch, colour‑grade, and optimize photographs for web and print, maintaining consistent brand aesthetics across all collections.
• Mentor and guide junior designers on best practices, software workflows, and creative problem‑solving.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in graphic design, imaging software updates, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Photoshop and at least two other industry‑standard image‑editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Illustrator, Affinity Photo, Capture One).
• Education: Diploma (2‑year minimum) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (layer management, masking, retouching, colour correction).
• Solid understanding of colour theory, composition, and typography.
• Familiarity with RAW image processing, batch‑editing workflows, and file‑format optimisation.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for consistency (especially when handling large batches of images).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining creative excellence.
• Proactive attitude: you take ownership of projects, suggest process improvements, and stay updated on emerging design trends.
• Portfolio: A link to an online portfolio (or PDF) demonstrating a range of image‑editing projects, from basic retouching to complex composite work.
