Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing thumbnails, social media posts, title designs, and other digital content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality thumbnails for videos and digital content.

• Create engaging social media posts (static, carousel, reels covers, etc.).

• Develop creative title designs for videos, banners, and promotional materials.

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.

• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and video editors for timely deliverables.

• Stay updated with design trends, especially in social media and video content.

• Prepare and optimize graphics for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of professional graphic design experience.

• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and similar design platforms.

• Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.

• Experience in designing for social media platforms, especially YouTube and Instagram.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience working with Christian or faith-based content is preferred

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
