Job description

• Job Location-Talegaon MIDC (PUNE)

• Working days-5 days( 8.30 - 5.30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit professional designs using CorelDRAW (mandatory).

• Design high-quality graphics for a variety of media including:

• Print: brochures, flyers, packaging, banners, posters, business cards, etc.

• Digital: social media posts, web banners, emailers, presentations, etc.

• Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and product teams to understand design needs and deliver accordingly.

• Ensure that all visual designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with print vendors as needed.

• Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Stay up to date with design trends and software tools.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert-level proficiency in CorelDRAW (this is non-negotiable).

• Strong knowledge of layout, color theory, typography, and print design.

• Experience creating print-ready artwork and knowledge of printing processes.

• Good understanding of digital design formats and requirements (web/social media).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, especially CorelDRAW-based projects.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) is a plus.

• Familiarity with branding and visual identity systems.

• Ability to take creative feedback and iterate quickly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3+ years of professional design experience.
