About the Role:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the entire post-production process of our video content and for creating stunning graphic assets that align with our brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effortlessly switch between editing a dynamic social media reel and designing a sleek digital banner.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing (50%):

• Edit a wide range of video content including social media ads (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), product videos, explainers, testimonials, and email marketing clips.

• Take ownership of the post-production process: assembling raw footage, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and adding final touches.

• Create engaging, platform-optimized videos that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Ensure all video content is on-brand and adheres to our style guidelines.

• Manage and organize video assets and libraries.

Graphic Design (50%):

• Design a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, presentation decks, infographics, and marketing collateral.

• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.

• Create static assets to support video campaigns (thumbnails, end screens, supporting social posts).

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in both video editing and graphic design.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates high proficiency in both disciplines. Please include a link to your portfolio/reel.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Proven experience in creating content for social media platforms, understanding the specific technical and creative requirements for each (aspect ratios, durations, trends).

• A strong eye for visual composition, typography, color theory, and motion.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Haves:

• Experience with motion graphics and 2D animation.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for web.

• Experience shooting video and knowledge of lighting and composition.

• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
