Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
• Design scroll-stopping creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Threads
• Create banners, thumbnails, carousels, and ad creatives for social media campaigns
• Design posters, flyers, brochures, and offline marketing materials
• Edit short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, Testimonials, Stories)
• Assist with editing raw UGC/EGC clips, event footage, and brand videos
• Add subtitles, transitions, music, and brand overlays
• Maintain visual consistency across all content
• Design internal communications creatives and investor decks
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Knowledge of social media trends, formats, and platform dimensions
