Job Summary

A2 Digital, a full-stack digital marketing and advertising company in Hadapsar, Pune is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Graphic Designer who excels in creating versatile designs across print and digital mediums, ensuring brand consistency and client satisfaction. An ideal candidate should have the ability to lead and guide a team of graphic designers.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing posts, banners and story templates for social platforms.

• Design high-performing ad creatives for various digital platforms.

• Design engaging website layouts with attention to user experience and aesthetics.

• Create unique, impactful logos that reflect brand identity.

• Design typography, brochures, presentations and other branding collateral.

• Work closely with clients and teams to understand project goals and deliver accordingly.

• Ensure designs meet brand standards and are pixel-perfect.

• Guide junior designers, provide feedback and foster creativity within the team.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Research and incorporate the latest design trends and tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic designing for print and digital mediums.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing for digital media.

• Master/ Bachelors / Diploma in Fine Arts/Applied Arts/Graphic or a related field. 

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Coreldraw.

• Strong understanding of logo creation, typography and brand consistency.

• Skilled in web layouts, social media graphics and ad creatives.

• Ability to turn client briefs into effective visual concepts.

• Skilled in guiding and mentoring graphic designers, providing constructive feedback.
