We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our printing press team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and preparing print-ready artwork for various projects, including brochures, business cards, banners, packaging, labels, and other promotional materials. The role requires a strong understanding of print production processes, color management, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and print-ready designs for clients, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

• Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and production staff to understand project requirements.

• Prepare files for offset, digital, and large-format printing, adhering to industry standards (bleed, CMYK, resolution, etc.).

• Perform pre-press checks, including proofreading, color correction, and file optimization.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, printing techniques, and software advancements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve design or file-related issues before printing.

• Assist in selecting paper stocks, finishes, and other print materials when required.
