About the Role

Join us as a multi-talented Creative Designer where your first three months will be a paid internship/training phase, transitioning to a full-time role based on performance. This is your chance to define the creative direction of a fast-scaling company (₹200 Cr vision by 2027).

You will design for marketing campaigns, HR initiatives, sales presentations, corporate communications, and digital experiences, ensuring consistent, impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Visual Identity: Brochures, HR materials, pitch decks, presentations.

• Marketing & Digital Creatives: Social media posts, ads, reels, motion graphics.

• Web & UI/UX Design: Website and app visuals, layouts, icons.

• Cross-Functional Support: HR & sales collaterals, referral program creatives.

• Innovation: Explore new design trends, AI tools, interactive infographics.

Who We’re Looking For

• Creative mindset with business sense.

• Hands-on with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma.

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut).

• UI/UX knowledge is a plus.

• Agile, adaptive, and proactive in a multi-department environment.

Internship Terms
