Job Opening: Computer Designer – Printing Press

We are looking for a skilled Computer Designer to join our team and support our indoor and outdoor printing operations. The role involves creating high-quality banner designs, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating the printing workflow on large-format machines. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for indoor and outdoor banners, posters, standees, stickers, and other print materials.

• Prepare and optimize print-ready files suitable for eco-solvent, solvent, or large-format printing machines.

• Operate, monitor, and assist in the printing process on machines such as flex printers, eco-solvent printers, and roll standee printers.

• Ensure correct color, layout, bleed, and resolution according to printing standards.

• Coordinate with customers and the internal team to understand design requirements and provide appropriate layout suggestions.

• Perform basic machine handling tasks such as loading media, aligning prints, and checking print quality.

• Make corrections, edits, and adjustments based on customer or supervisor feedback.

• Maintain organized digital files, templates, and artwork for future use.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0.5 – 6+ years in graphic design or printing press design work

• Proficiency in design tools such as:

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • CorelDRAW (preferred in printing press workflows)

  • Canva or similar tools

• Understanding of design fundamentals: layout, color, typography

• Basic knowledge of printing media (flex, vinyl, fabric, non-tearable, stickers, etc.)

• Ability to prepare and troubleshoot print-ready files

• Basic familiarity with printing machines (training will be provided if needed)
