Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeller to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models for use in games, animation, visual effects, product design, or architectural visualization. You should have strong artistic skills, a solid grasp of form and detail, and proficiency in industry-standard 3D software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models of characters, environments, props, or products based on concept art or references.

• Optimize models for performance and ensure they are ready for texturing, rigging, animation, or rendering pipelines.

• Collaborate with other artists, animators, designers, and developers to maintain a consistent visual style.

• Ensure models meet technical specifications and project requirements.

• Assist with UV mapping, baking textures, and preparing models for game engines (if applicable).

• Revise models based on feedback from leads or clients.

• Stay current with the latest 3D modelling trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Modeller with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, or Cinema 4D.

• Strong understanding of form, scale, proportion, and anatomy (for character work).

• Familiarity with texturing tools (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop) and rendering engines (e.g., Arnold, V-Ray, Unity, Unreal Engine).

• Ability to work with both low-poly and high-poly models.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the gaming, film, animation, or architecture industries.

• Knowledge of rigging and animation basics.

• Familiarity with PBR workflows and real-time rendering pipelines.

• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, MEL) is a plus.
