We are looking for a 3D Animator to join our team to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, props, and environments based on project requirements.

Interpret storyboards and concept art to produce engaging animations.

Collaborate with modeling, rigging, and lighting teams to ensure smooth production workflow.

Apply principles of animation such as timing, weight, and movement to create realistic and appealing sequences.

Ensure all animations meet technical specifications and creative guidelines.

Optimize animations for performance without compromising quality.

Revise animations based on feedback from directors and clients.

Stay updated with industry trends, animation tools, and software advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D or similar.

Strong understanding of animation principles and motion dynamics.

Experience with rigging and skinning characters.

Knowledge of rendering and compositing workflows.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

A portfolio or demo reel showcasing animation skills (required).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.
