Route trainers deliver product training for Kohler dealer stores across all types and rebate category, prioritizing- Bronze, Silver and Voyager. They focus on improving the effectiveness and implementation of learning programs, partnering with regional trainers and sales ops.
Along with ‘Discover Kohler program’ they will be responsible to provide training basis identified performance gaps. On-site trainers will provide immediate feedback and support, addressing any issues or questions dealers may have on the spot.
Will also be responsible to track C monitor performance post training for dealer, this will help in follow up meeting/training.

· Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with dealers, regional trainers, and sales operations.
· Performance Monitoring: Skills in tracking and monitoring dealer performance post- training.
· Implement product training basis month training calendar across different categories (Bronze, Silver, Voyager).
· Conduct assessments to measure how well dealers/dealer staff/ store promoters retain the information post-training.
· Collect and analyze feedback from dealers on the effectiveness and quality of the training sessions.
· Monitor Performance Improvement: Track and report on the increase in dealer performance metrics (e.g., sales, customer satisfaction) after training sessions.
· Provide follow-up training sessions and monitor improvement in dealer performance metrics.
· Address and resolve any issues or questions dealers may have during on-site training sessions.
· Collaborate with Regional Trainers and Sales Ops: Work closely with regional trainers and sales operations to enhance training programs.
· Ensure Accurate Reporting: Maintain timely and accurate reporting of training activities and outcomes.
· Graduate (MBA preferred)
· 2-3 years of work experience in training or sales preferred
· Willingness to travel extensively as required
