Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the assigned

territory

 Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network

 Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market share

 Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

 Ensure effective product positioning and visibility at the point of sale

 Conduct product training sessions for partners and their sales teams

 Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence

 Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve any customer issues

 Travel within the territory to meet clients and conduct regular market visits.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in required

 Proven track record in territory sales, preferably in the automotive or allied industries

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

 Having own bike

 Having Smart Phone
