Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller – Sales to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining property offerings, and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information on properties.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients.
Follow up with potential leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets and conversion goals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent lead flow and closures.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain a positive relationship.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Goal-driven with a proactive and enthusiastic approach.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems will be an added advantage.
Qualification: Any Graduate
