We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to handle property-related leads and customer inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and updating CRM records to support our real estate operations.
Responsibilities:
Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to potential tenants or property owners.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Update lead status in CRM or Excel sheets accurately.
Follow up with prospective tenants or clients to convert leads.
Maintain daily call reports and share updates with the team.
Coordinate with field executives and managers for smooth property operations.
Requirements:
Freshers or 0–2 years experience in telecalling / sales / customer support.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
Friendly, patient, and confident over the phone.
Target-driven and motivated to achieve daily call and conversion goals.
