Job Title: Blue caller Recruiter Location: Sector 63 Noida Department: HR Recruiter Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Blue caller Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting skilled and unskilled labor for various blue-collar roles within our organization or client companies. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and screening candidates for roles in fields like construction, manufacturing, warehouse management, and other manual labor positions.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Candidates:Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, local job fairs, and partnerships with community organizations to source potential candidates for blue-collar positions.Screening Resumes & Applications:Review resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the job requirements. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.Conducting Interviews:Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate the qualifications, skills, and cultural fit of potential candidates.Job Placement:Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position and ensure the right candidate is selected for each role.Onboarding Support:Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and employees are prepared to start their roles.Building a Talent Pipeline:Maintain a network of qualified candidates for future job openings, ensuring a consistent and reliable pipeline of talent.Maintain Records:Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview outcomes, and placement status.Collaborating with Hiring Managers:Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process meets their expectations and that positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner.Market Research:Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry standards to ensure competitive and attractive compensation packages.Qualifications:Education:High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.Experience:Previous experience in recruitment or staffing, particularly for blue-collar or manual labor positions, is preferred.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to screen and interview candidates effectively.Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient with recruitment software and MS Office Suite
