Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to clients and prospects.
Provide information about products/services.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
Maintain a database of contacts and record interactions.
Field Work:
Visit clients, vendors, or project sites as required.
Collect feedback, documents, or survey data from the field.
Assist in promotional and marketing activities.
Coordinate with team members for smooth execution of field tasks.
General Admin:
Handle day-to-day office operations.
Maintain records, files, and office inventory.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support the team in administrative tasks as needed.
