Grando is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads in the assigned region

• Conduct site visits and assess feasibility for solar system installation

• Explain solar solutions and ROI to clients in a clear and convincing manner

• Prepare and present proposals and quotations

• Close sales deals and coordinate with the technical team for execution

• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Sc., or Engineering background preferred)

• 1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in solar, energy, electrical, or infrastructure sectors

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally

• Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
