Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.

• Drive team sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required).

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales, preferably in real estate or financial services. Team handling experience is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Self-motivated with a performance-driven attitude.
