🔍 Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring experienced Senior Salespersons with a strong background in selling Gold & Diamond Jewellery. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong customer service ethics, and in-depth product knowledge to enhance the showroom experience and drive sales.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage walk-in customers at the showroom

• Present and sell gold and diamond jewellery effectively

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable recommendations

• Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer interest

• Explain finance options such as EMI and promotional schemes

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations

• Handle stock management and generate basic stock/sales reports

• Maintain customer records and follow up with leads

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales of Gold & Diamond Jewellery (Mandatory)

• Education: Graduate in any stream

• Languages: Fluent in Hindi, English, Bengali

  • Knowledge of Marwari or Gujarati will be an added advantage

• Preferred Candidate: Male/Female both can apply (Male preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Customer-centric mindset with professional grooming

💰 Salary / CTC:

Up to ₹25,000 per month
(Negotiable for the right candidate based on experience and skill set)
