• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.

• Implement CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 7–10 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within interior design, luxury furniture, real estate, or home décor industry.

• Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth clients.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

• High level of self-motivation, result orientation, and client-centric approach.
