We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area)✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives.✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships.✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely.

Work Mode & Timings:

📍 Location: Any area in your assigned city🏢 Work Mode: Field work, no need to come to the office daily⏰ Timings: 9 AM – 5 PM📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)

Process: 1 Month Probation followed by Full time employment

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)✔ Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience can apply✔ Languages: Good communication skills in regional language and basic English
