Key Responsibilities – Field Sales Team Lead
1.Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and field visits.
2.Plan and prepare daily schedules for client meetings and product demonstrations.
3.Manage and lead a team of field sales executives for paid subscription sales.
4.Drive team hiring, training, and retention to build a strong sales force.
5.Conduct daily meetings to track team performance and ensure qualitative and quantitative goals.
6.Monitor sales funnel, conversion rates, and input KPIs to maximize productivity.
7.Implement sales incentives and promotional strategies to drive growth.
8.Provide on-ground support by joining sales executives on client calls when needed.
9.Ensure timely reporting and documentation as per company standards.
