Job Description
We are seeking a City Head to lead and scale our real estate business in Chennai. This is a high-impact leadership role for a result-oriented professional who can drive sales, build teams, and establish strong client relationships while expanding our presence in the city.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the city’s business operations, including sales, revenue growth, and client acquisition.
✅ Develop strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
✅ Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
✅ Foster strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and premium clients.
✅ Ensure seamless site visits, negotiations, and deal closures for large-ticket transactions.
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches to identify opportunities.
✅ Represent the company in networking forums, client meetings, and industry events.
✅ Report directly to senior leadership and align city-level strategies with organizational goals.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
✔ Minimum 7+ years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or related fields.
✔ Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and scaling teams.
✔ Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
✔ Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship management skills.
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive growth.
