The main role is to build strategic relationships with decision-makers across educational, healthcare, and hospitality institutions, positioning Major Clothing as their preferred uniform supplier.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular, in-person visits to schools, colleges, hospitals and hotels.
Understand each institutions unique uniform needs and present tailored solutions.
Build trust-based relationships with key decision-makers (principals, admin heads, and procurement officers).
Deliver persuasive, professional presentations highlighting product quality, customization options, and long-term value.
Clearly explain uniform specifications, durability, branding, and compliance to client standards.
Build and execute outreach plans to convert prospects into long-term clients.
Track and follow up with past and existing clients to drive reorders, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain strong post-sale engagement to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Solve problems quickly and maintain consistent communication to reinforce trust.
Build loyalty through regular check-ins, seasonal updates, and tailored support.
Maintain, update accurate records of all interactions and sales progress.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and client servicing
Preferred candidate profile
Preferably MBA with majors in marketing (Freshers also can apply)
Male candidate with own two-wheeler
Willing to travel regularly using his two- wheeler for his preferred/native district(petrol allowance are reimbursed based on kilometers travelled, bike model), willing to meet clients from anywhere in Tamil Nadu (travel allowance will be given)
Fluency in English (verbal, non verbal)
