We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive sales of Shell Lubricants within the North Bengal Area The role includes managing existing customers, developing new business, market research , building connections promoting Shell lubricant products across automotive and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new customers
Visit workshops, garages and retailers regularly
Provide product knowledge and support to the various people.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports
Achieve sales targets as provided.
Requirements:
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Self-driven and target-oriented
Freshers can apply
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
There is no minimum qualification or experience required but some familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills while having the ability to utilize technology effectively.
