We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Wipro Lighting products in a designated territory, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in sectors like commercial, industrial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and cold calls.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders – architects, consultants, electrical contractors, builders, dealers, and distributors.
Promote and sell Wipro’s lighting products and solutions to achieve sales targets.
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to influence specification and selection of Wipro Lighting.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Submit regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field).
2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in lighting, electrical, or building material industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of lighting products and technologies (LED, Smart Lighting, etc.) is a plus.
