# Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify new opportunities for market expansion and establish plans to capitalize on them.
- Distributor & Channel Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and other channel partners.
- Ensure smooth operations, product availability, and timely resolution of distribution-related issues.
- Market Analysis & Growth:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and implement promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.
- Reporting & Monitoring:
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analyses for senior management.
- Use data insights to optimize sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
# Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Location: Must be of the above mentioned region-based or willing to relocate.
- Proven ability to drive consistent growth in sales and meet/exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks, market trends, and customer dynamics.
