We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell educational products or services, including courses, training programs, or Franchise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the education landscape and be passionate about helping students and institutions achieve their learning goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in schools, colleges, coaching centers, and universities.
Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and information sessions.
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversion metrics .
Collaborate with the academic and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, webinars, and seminars.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Create marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and presentations tailored to the target audience.
Coordinate with the design and content team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Bachelor’s degree , or a related field education.
Proven experience ( 0-1year ) in sales and/or marketing in the education industry .
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong digital marketing knowledge and familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
Ability to travel locally or regionally for client meetings and events.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
