Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Specialist to drive partnerships with schools, coaching institutes, and educational consultancies for our CA and CUET course offerings. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing business deals with institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and educational bodies.
Pitch and demonstrate our CA and CUET learning solutions to potential partners.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and institutional onboarding goals.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and delivery.
Conduct webinars, presentations, and training sessions for institutional partners.
Manage CRM data and report weekly pipeline status and closures to management.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
● 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech or education services.
● Understanding of CA and CUET exam prep ecosystem is a strong plus.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Willingness to travel for partner meetings and institutional events.
● Self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience working with school/college decision-makers.
● Exposure to regional sales across multiple states or zones.
● Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
