Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings.

• Maintain knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and current listings.

• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain and update client databases (CRM).

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties on various platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any field (preferred: Business/Commerce/Marketing).

• Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.

• Good knowledge of Pune’s real estate market.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics.
