Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales and Operations Manager to lead and manage our B2B and government sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for key operational tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of applications, tenders, and internal record management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B and government sales, including handling government tenders and contracts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments and corporate clients.

• Fill and submit various government and business application forms as required.

• Maintain records and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.

• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations and reporting.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates only (as per field job requirements).

• Vehicle: Candidate must have their own Vehicle for local travel.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B or government sales preferred.

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal – are a must.

• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel) and online portals for form submissions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
