The Sales Expert – Field Role is responsible for selling specific financial or insurance products directly to customers through face-to-face meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach potential customers in assigned territories through cold calls, field visits, and scheduled meetings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by promoting the right products based on client needs.
Maintain proper logs of client interactions, leads, conversions, and submit field reports regularly.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
