We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our presence in the architectural hardware market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hardware products and experience in B2B selling, with a passion for building client relationships and closing deals.
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients (architects, contractors, dealers, builders, and interior designers).
Promote and sell AKS architectural hardware products across assigned territories.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and close deals within company guidelines.
Stay up-to-date on product developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence.
Minimum 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hardware/building materials/construction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of the local market and network within the industry is a plus.
Must be comfortable with frequent travel.
