Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Nashik/Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, property showcasing, client engagement, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and digital campaigns.

• Maintain and expand a strong database of prospective clients and properties.

Sales & Business Development

• Present, promote, and sell properties to potential buyers.

• Arrange and conduct property tours, site visits, open houses, and client meetings.

• Negotiate and prepare contracts, offers, and related documentation.

• Ensure smooth and timely closure of sales transactions.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities, leads, client interactions, and transactions.

• Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to the management.
