Job Summary:

Sales Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying prospects, converting leads, and expanding existing accounts.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and clearly communicate their value proposition to clients.

Territory Management: Plan, manage, and prioritize sales activities to maximize efficiency and coverage within assigned territories.

Sales Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales reports, updates, and forecasts to management.

Market Insights: Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record in field sales, preferably within a similar industry.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.

Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
