Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned region, developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. The day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding customer base, coordinating with internal teams for product delivery, and ensuring excellent customer service to build strong client relationships.
Qualifications
1) Experience in sales management
2) Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
3) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
4) Ability to identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
5) Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7) Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
Compensation: 3,00,000 per annum to 6,00,000 per annum (depending on the candidate)
