Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a background in Interior Designing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, providing design consultations, and driving sales conversions. This role requires both creative and sales skills to bridge the gap between design concepts and customer needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for interior design projects.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.
Present design concepts, layouts, and material options in collaboration with the design team.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new materials/products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in interior designing sales or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of design principles, materials, and current interior design trends.
Ability to understand client needs and convert them into sales opportunities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.
Goal-driven with a passion for customer service and design aesthetics.
