Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – Elevator Division

Location: Mumbai (with local travel)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month + Commission (including fuel/travel allowance) Based on Experience

Murzello Bros and Co. (MBC Elevators) is a leading elevator company with 50+ years of excellence in installation, maintenance, and modernization of elevators. We are looking for a driven and professional Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads for elevator sales (passenger, residential, goods lifts, etc.)

• Meet monthly sales target: minimum 1 elevator/month (target accumulates if missed)

• Handle end-to-end sales process: enquiry → client visit → site assessment → quotation → follow-up → order closure

• Maintain relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and societies

• Process company-generated enquiries assigned by management and follow up professionally

• Prepare reports on site visits, client feedback, and follow-ups

• Represent the company in client meetings and exhibitions (if any)

Incentive Structure:

• Commission-Based Bonus:

  • After achieving the minimum annual target of 12 elevators, a commission of 1.5% to 2% will be paid per project (based on value and type)

  • Company-provided leads earn 50% of standard commission

  • Additional performance bonus for achieving 2+ sales in a month

  • Missed monthly targets carry forward to the next month

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC / Diploma / Graduate in Marketing or Business preferred

• 1+ year of experience in B2B or technical sales (Elevator or Construction Industry preferred)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of elevator systems is a plus (training will be provided)

• Should be comfortable with local travel within Mumbai

• Own two-wheeler preferred (fuel covered in salary)
